Each Cosmos player/coach/volunteer/parent/friend/family member can claim up to 4 X free digital tickets each. The tickets are for the South Stand only and cannot be transferred to another stand.

There are a limited number of tickets available and these will be given on a first-come first-served basis, so please ensure to claim them before they all go!

HOW TO CLAIM YOUR TICKETS
To claim your FREE digital tickets for the next free ticket fixture, please follow these instructions:
You must have an account with Wigan Athletic Ticketmaster to claim the tickets. You will be sent a client reference number via email, you need this for STEP 2.
If you already have an account – go to STEP 2.
STEP 1 – Click this link to register for an account:

STEP 2 – Click this link (You’ll need your client reference number at this point): ​

STEP 3 – Select your seats – they must have a value of £0.00 or you will be charged.
You can select up to 4 x tickets per account.
Select the ‘Local School/Grassroot/Local Community Tickets' option on the drop down box and put it in basket.
STEP 4 – Tick all T&C’s boxes
STEP 5 – Select email/digital ticket to download, if you select postage (you will be charged for collection and postal options)
STEP 6 – You will need to enter card details – YOU WILL NOT BE CHARGED FOR £0.00 priced tickets or digital tickets.
STEP 7 – Review your order and accept T&C’s.

STEP 8 – The Tickets will be sent to you via email shortly after you complete the process. These may land in your junk or spam folders, so please check these folders.

STEP 9 – Sit back and enjoy the game at The Brick Community Stadium.
