Nature journaling is a wonderful way for young people to connect with the outdoors and express their creativity. By observing plants, animals, and landscapes, they can document their experiences and thoughts in a personal journal. This practice not only enhances their appreciation for nature but also encourages mindfulness and reflection. Whether sketching, writing, or collecting samples, nature journaling provides a fun and engaging way for the young to explore the world around them.
